Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Our ERGs all provide a safe space for their communities, act as a critical friend to the business and champion and advocate for their members. They are strategically aligned to help build an equitable, inclusive, and sustainable global business. In addition to our global ERGs, we have local DEI Committees in Chicago, CapeTown, Dubai, India, London, Santiago.

 We support our LGBT+ staff globally to ensure they feel safe whilst fostering greater allyship to all those within the community. In 2023, we achieved GOLD Standard by UHLALA Group (Germany).

Pay gap

We believe that data is key to holding us accountable and measuring our progress. We track our ethnicity and gender pay gap globally and share our findings with our staff internally. In the UK, our gender pay gap report is publicly accessible.

Mental health and wellbeing

We believe good mental health is important to all. With over 90 trained global mental health first aiders and our partnership with TELUS Health and Help@Hand, we support our employees globally.
