The International Coffee Week (SIC) is one of the largest fairs in the world and a great meeting of professionals whose objective is to connect and generate opportunities for the entire Brazilian coffee chain in accessing markets, knowledge and business.

SIC offers cutting-edge content for industry professionals in lectures, courses, workshops, competitions, coffee tastings, research and guided tastings. Being at SIC is to connect to what is most innovative in the coffee market in the exchange of knowledge between leaders and managers in the sector.

With the current global scenario, we will resume in 2021 with security and sanitary protocols at Expominas, in Belo Horizonte, in face-to-face activities, product exhibition, experiences, business roundtables and also live broadcasting of the event with digital presence in simultaneous content.

Session description: In this presentation Rodrigo Mattos will address the performances and developments of the coffee market in 2020, 2021 and its future, discussing the specifics of the Brazilian market, comparisons between categories and countries. In addition, sustainability as a market trend will be explored, addressing both consumers and their desires and the actions effectively taken by the coffee industry in Brazil and in the world.
