Yunjin handles the four main food industries researched at Euromonitor – snacks, dairy products and alternatives, cooking ingredients and meals, and staple foods. She is also part of the staple foods’ central project team. While her primary focus is food and nutrition in South Korea, she also works as a bridge between South Korea and other global markets, especially in sharing the latest market trends. Yunjin holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Bioscience from Konkuk University in South Korea and a master’s degree in Food and Packaging Innovation from the University of Melbourne in Australia. Alongside this, she has had multinational work experience, especially in manufacturing settings, in Vietnam and Australia. She has also conducted a research project as a part of the quality assurance team with a food manufacturer in Australia to examine quality issues.
